Welcome to our Blog

Hi, we’re Vincent and Catherine, and together with our adventurous dog, Shadow, we’ve embarked on a new chapter of life—living full-time on the road in our caravan. After years of living the conventional life, we decided to trade in our stationary home for one with four wheels, exploring the beauty and diversity of Australia while embracing the freedom and unpredictability of life on the road.

Our blog is a space where we’ll share stories from our travels, insights into life on the move, and the challenges and joys of caravan living. Whether it’s tips on tech setups in a caravan, hidden gems we discover, or reflections on the nomadic lifestyle, this blog is where we document it all. The content you’ll find here is based entirely on our personal experiences and opinions as we navigate this journey together.

What you will find here

This blog is our way of documenting everything about life on the road. As we travel across Australia, we’ll be sharing:

  • Camp Site Reviews: Our thoughts and experiences on the various caravan parks and free camps we stay at—what works, what doesn’t, and everything in between.
  • Area Reviews: We’ll dive into the unique places we visit, from bustling towns to remote spots, sharing what makes each destination special (or not!).
  • Nomadic Life Tips: Insights into the practicalities of full-time caravan living, from managing tech on the go to making the most of limited space, and everything else that comes with the nomadic lifestyle.

Whether you’re dreaming of life on the road or already living it, we hope our experiences help you on your own journey!

Our Perspective

Everything you read here is based on our personal experiences and opinions as we travel around Australia. What works for us might not work for everyone, and we’re simply sharing our journey as we live it—no expert advice here, just two people (and a dog!) figuring things out along the way.
